How does a PPT will protect from care fees?

This is acheived linking PPT wills with Tenants in Common Land Registry ownership. Ensuring that each half of the family home is owned by each of you 50-50, rather then jointly. This ensures that on death, your half gets transferred by way of the trust to your chosen loved ones, whilst also granting a right to reside in the home for your partner. When assets are in trust, they cannot be considered as part of a care fee financial assesment and are therefore disregarded.
